"Welcome! As a holistic practitioner, I'm passionate about helping others find balance and wellness through natural methods. My path began in 2019 when I met a chiropractor who introduced me to the power of detoxification and removing toxins from the home. This experience led me to explore the fascinating world of the Emotion Code and how releasing trapped emotions through muscle testing can promote healing. In 2022, I delved deeper into breathwork and meditation, and a breathwork instructor recognized my innate ability to feel and see things beyond the physical realm. This revelation sparked my interest in energy work, and I pursued Reiki certification to develop my skills further. Essential oils have also been a significant part of my journey since 2011. I now offer guidance on using these powerful tools for holistic wellness and can help you discover the perfect products to support your well-being. Throughout my life, I've faced numerous challenges and traumas, which have contributed to various health issues. However, these experiences have taught me the incredible power of the mind and how, with the right tools, we can transform our lives.
