About me

I am passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. As a certified diplomat in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, a certified mentor and study group leader, and a graduate of The Acupressure Institute and The McKinnon Institute with CMT licensure, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my therapeutic practice. I have also completed a postpartum doula training and am available for home or hospital visits for postpartum support and CST for newborns.
