I'm Abi, a 25-year Air Force veteran turned Certified Sourced Leader, Health & Wellness Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, Reiki Master, meditation guide, and Laughter Yoga facilitator. My mission is to empower you to turn your trauma into aligned, Purpose-driven service.
Throughout my military career, I've had the privilege of meeting Presidents, crafting negotiations for U.S. Ambassadors, working with Special Operations and intelligence agencies, and developing national-level policy.
