About me

Born with cerebral palsy, I struggled early in life with bullying and body image issues. Being a kid was hard but I found solace on the athletic field. Eventually I worked hard enough that my palsy was barely noticeable.
After high school I became very unhealthy. Obesity and addiction haunted me like an ever present shadow. When my “rock bottom” hit, my transformation began. While working as a firefighter I found my love for fitness, nutrition, meditation, wellness, and found my purpose in the community of people who wanted more out of their life.
My own struggles have been my strength as I relate to everyone I work with in a client-centered empathetic approach.
My graduate degree is in Psychology and my certification is in fitness and nutrition; I live out the belief that our bodies, minds, and spirits are connected and work together to make us a whole being.

Plenty of hydration and micronutrients throughout the day. Maybe even eating a bit of protein or healthy fats in the evening.

I also lie to run around 5 am. I am up at 4. You may think about going to sleep earlier, drinking a big glass of water when you wake up, and maybe start with shorter - faster runs to get the same cardiovascular effects in less time.
