Be your optimal self
It didn't take long to determine that my purpose is to help others live their best life. It did, however, take a while to figure out how to fulfill that purpose. In fact, it took 10+ years of personal training, physical rehab, massage therapy, and studying nutrition, meditation, and mental wellness to decide that I needed to create a space that facilitates each of these components in order to maximally change peoples lives for the better. Integrated Vitality will soon be that space but for now, I'm doing what I do best-- improving mobility and decreasing pain. I often use the Fascial Distortion Model, as well as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, active release, and stretching. For addressing injuries or chronic pain, I offer a three-session series to be scheduled 3-5 days apart for the purpose of eliminating or drastically improving the issue.
