I fell in love with holistic healing when I went through severe trauma from my abusive first husband. After sustaining several years of abuse emotionally and physically did I finally turn to yoga. The practice of meditation & movement slowly helped me heal my emotional and physical wounds and that's when I discovered my passion to heal others who have been through any form of trauma.
I am now a certified yoga instructor to work with various formats and styles of yoga asana and mediation including trauma conscious yoga for those who need the support and a safe environment to work through PTSD and other stress related disorders. In addition I also practice Reiki energy healing and attune others to the practice and share the healing with others, because this world needs more healers.
