This package includes 12 1-hour sessions combining mix-and-match Reiki treatments, intentional body work and vocal lessons.

Lessons include 1:1 vocal coaching, performance coaching and take-home exercises.

Due to the nature of vocal work, I require new students to work with me weekly in 3-month periods. 24 hr cancellation policy for weekly slot time. Approved cancellations allows you to reschedule up to 6 months of the original date you purchased this package.

I am a gender affirming vocal coach.

In my coaching practice, I help people activate their inner voice through training and honing the power of their external instrument. The first step will be the initial ‘ignition’ of turning on your noise maker—your sound maker—your instrument that is uniquely you! This ignites your electrical system and starts to change your body from the inside out, while you start to learn how your instrument works. The second step, will be showing you how to safely integrate the more sonically aware and conscious life that is the natural by product of using more of your sound, in your body. In this second step we will be establishing a new vocal baseline for you-- building in longevity, teaching you how to clarify your sound and adding in dynamism. Lastly, you will learn to drive your voice in your life, learning how to stay in the driver seat to carve and shape your world into your goals, creating a world that is joyful and safe for you. In this phase you'll be greatly extending your vocal range, playing with different color tones and textures and most importantly, understanding how to reset your voice for any sickness or major life event that comes your way! Our voice is a master tool we have in our bodies that can help prevent and treat sickness and can aid us through life changes as we change.

Creating and integrating a more healthy sonic and vocal life takes time. Whether you have time-sensitive, occupational or musical goals, or if you seeking personal transformation or are working towards a specific health specific outcomes, my coaching practice is organized by 3-month and year-long contracts.

It is important with the nature of the voice and the techniques ill be teaching you, to be ready to want to be consistent with the take-home assignments I give you. The key point here is 'wanting to be consistent' Inconsistency and non completion mirrors incoherence in our voice. The voice is intrinsically linked with the ability to commit and express ourselves. I can work with you identifying and moving through these blocks, but I can't change your desire to want to do this work consistently. In order to create these vocal habits that will help you make visible progressive moves forward, there is both a level of consciousness and engagement you must have of your internal life.

*A willingness and application to work through fear, stigmatization, limiting beliefs about yourself, energy from your family and community, will actively aid you in your personal alchemy through this work and allows for bigger strides to be made in our weekly times together.

Establishing a powerful internal relationship with yourself will make turning your vocal ignition on and your path to driving your sound most effective.
