After we’ve met for your initial consultation and we’ve decided to work together, I have my clients complete a Welcome Packet with assessment forms & questionnaires, as well as set up your initial 1 hour Foundation Session.
In your first Foundation Session, we fully explore the health goals you are looking to achieve. We will determine a path and timeline to reach those goals. By the end of the session, you’ll have tangible action steps to get started on and feel confident in what your health journey might look like!
After the Foundation Session, I will create your comprehensive health plan. This can include customized nutrition recommendations, exercise protocol, lifestyle tactics and specific resources to get started. You will also receive multiple Handbooks with tons of guides & education to help you along the way.
