“I found Allison on social media when searching for information about Adrenal Fatigue recovery. One of her posts came up and I was super impressed to see how she had recovered from Adrenal Fatigue all on her own! After following her for a while I decided to message her and ask for some help with my diet, as I was struggling with AF myself and unsure of how to eat while trying to heal my adrenals. I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Health Coach and Personal Fitness Trainer, and in the health field since 2008.

I started my own business Finesse Fitness in 2012 and I offer both virtual & in person services. I work with clients from all over the U.S., providing comprehensive wellness programs. This includes holistic nutrition plans and counseling, functional medicine health coaching as well as in person fitness training & exercise programming,

My Philosophy of Care

I am a recovered Type-A Perfectionist, who knows exactly what it feels like to be over-stressed, lacking that zest and energy for life, and wondering why I don’t feel like “normal self”. I’ve overcome my own health struggles through holistic lifestyle changes. I’m here to share that YES, you CAN get your body & health back!

I am a health coach, trainer and nutritionist because I firmly believe that lifestyle and food choices have such amazing healing properties. I have experienced it myself and have seen the amazing changes others have achieved as well.

Through the last 12+ years, I’ve acquired education and experience in many areas of health & wellness. My background in fitness, holistic nutrition and functional medicine, combined with my own health struggles, has fueled my passion for helping others through this holistic and comprehensive view. I’ve learned what the components are to a healthy lifestyle that is balanced, enjoyable and sustainable….and I can’t wait to share it with you!

It is my mission and passion to share my story and knowledge, so that YOU and others can get to the ROOT cause of your health issues and support your body naturally.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

After we’ve met for your initial consultation and we’ve decided to work together, I have my clients complete a Welcome Packet with assessment forms & questionnaires, as well as set up your initial 1 hour Foundation Session.

In your first Foundation Session, we fully explore the health goals you are looking to achieve. We will determine a path and timeline to reach those goals. By the end of the session, you’ll have tangible action steps to get started on and feel confident in what your health journey might look like!

After the Foundation Session, I will create your comprehensive health plan. This can include customized nutrition recommendations, exercise protocol, lifestyle tactics and specific resources to get started. You will also receive multiple Handbooks with tons of guides & education to help you along the way.
