About me

I started my holistic journey when I was young applying it to my own life and health. Turning it into a career started in 2014. I was not happy in my current career at that time. I love helping people live their best life and staying healthy using holistic means. I feel fulfilled when I know I have helped someone make positive changes in their life. I help people find optimized health through balancing nutrition, smashing stress, and creating mindfulness. I also am a certified yoga instructor and have knowledge in fitness as well; all of this combined with the use of essential oils, I help people create the life they feel best in.

Usually hamstring discomfort has a lot do to with the lower back as well and the piriformis muscle. I suggest doing some stretches for hamstrings, piriformis and lower back. I also suggest getting a massage. Also, nutrition can cause discomfort in the body. Foods that are good to stay away from to see if it helps would be corn, gluten, dairy. Then to go even further, eggs, soy, and shellfish. Keep processed sugar very very low as well. Making sure your vitamins intake is good. Magnesium can help with cramps. Make sure your vitamin D levels are good as well.

There is a lot involved in the topic of anxiety. Are you doing anything outside of supplements to help the anxiety? Supplements are used to help support the body along with other modalities, not just relying on supplements. A lot of stress comes from things we are creating in our minds, so managing stress, healing traumas, spiritual healing, keeping healthy in the mind. Also, anxiety can be created by the foods we are eating, so keeping healthy diet. Ashwaghanda is a great supplement. It is good to talk to someone in detail about your needs, and more of a health intake. My friend who is on here is great to do this. Her name is Jessica Elliot with clear happy fit.
