"Welcome to Bel Sole Wellness, where your journey to holistic well-being begins. I'm Alyssa, a Holistic and Functional Medicine Registered Nurse, Board Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach, and Reiki Master. My personal struggle with anxiety ignited a deep sense of purpose to find the path to healing, leading me to establish Bel Sole Wellness.
As a holistic practitioner, I view health through the lens of interconnectedness – the mind, body, spirit, and our relationships with others and the world around us.
