Journey To Wellness
I am an intuitive healer who can help with overall well being in all areas including emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health.
I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and a Type 1 Diabetic (31 years) and have experienced many challenges, including the sudden death of my kids’ father jolting me into being a single parent. This led to financial struggles, living with family, poor health, and subsequently, a loss of peace of mind and depression. I knew something had to change; and I dove into a deep personal introspective period for myself.
Over the years, I have been taking more time for self care, really tapping in to who I am, what I want, and what would make me happy. I found within myself a desire to help others feel understood and find their own sense of relief. This opened the door to health and life coaching, where I can help others find their true self and inner peace in order to live their best life!
Throughout my life I have had experiences I believed were a string of bad luck or just figured the Universe wasn't on my side. Until a few years ago I realized that these tough experiences I endured were not about bad luck or the Universe leaving me behind, but in reality had nothing to do with what the Universe was or wasn't "giving" to me. That all of these experiences I created was for soul growth and lessons and were the direct result of self worth and low self esteem. These "lessons" I endured were to teach me how to set boundaries, take care of myself first and work on my inner peace. That's when I realized all I went through was for a reason and not just to make my life miserable. THAT'S when I found peace. THAT'S when I found my purpose! From that realization I was guided to health and life coaching which would tick every box.
YOU are NOT alone! I will be there for you! I will do everything in my power to uplift you! Raising the vibrations of humanity is my goal. And while I'm helping my fellow human beings find peace and comfort within, I will also be helping myself. WIN WIN!
My first two clients initially signed up to achieve their weight loss goals. They ended up developing profound insights of their own sense of self; they learned that their practiced mental and emotional states were actually the core cause of what held them back from achieving their goals. Diving deeper into the cause of their daily habits, thoughts and emotions, they found ways to realign themselves more positively towards their desired outcome. They ended up slowly readjusting their daily behavior and, inevitably, gained greater self-awareness and achieved more headway on their goals. Increasing self-awareness is key in finding habits that actually aren’t working for you, adjusting them bit by bit, until eventually, you’re living the life you had previously only dreamed!

How you do one thing, you do everything!
When you go through life "unconscious" or "unaware" you open up your whole well being to what life throws at you. Life does that, speaking from experience! But if you learn and practice daily meditation, you can develop the natural skills to go within, ask your higher self, God/Source/The Universe and tap into that valuable intuition or inner "knowing" which will inevitably align with your true purpose and your ultimate happiness. If not, and you are unaware or ignore those inner nudges, you run the risk of unfortunately paying hard lessons for it later. It is an incredibly valuable practice for a healthy balanced mind, body and soul.
