I grew up savoring the meals my mom made using fresh ingredients from our small farm in Oregon City, OR. Ironically, I was never interested in cooking until I moved to Italy.
When I saw how passionate Italian women where about fresh, made from scratch cooking I fell in love with the simplicity and beauty of preparing simple meals that feed the body, mind and soul because they are infused with love!
I moved back to the states with a passion to fill people lives with amazing foods and a re-awakened passion for the simplicity of eating for mind body and soul. I studied at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating to better understand the relationship between mind, body and eating.
Now I travel around the world helping people heal their bodies, while falling in love with food all over again!
You are such a unique creature. Fact: I once hated cooking and being around the kitchen--mealtime stressed me the hell out!
Fact: I didn't care what I put in my body, and my health suffered, my energy was low, and my quality of life was lackluster.
Also Fact: I traveled to Italy and witnessed a culture that infused food with love. I realized that simple ingredients + love could change lives! I ditched the complications of recipes and stepped into the kitchen on a mission to help people fall in love with food again.
