I wasn't always a wellness coach and yoga teacher. For years I was an office-bound, 9to5er, dealing with long meetings and longer commutes. It gave me a unique perspective on the constant quest to find work/life balance in today's society as well as the challenges that women especially can face juggling work, families, social lives, and running their households. I dealt with my own stress via unhealthy methods, and became all too familiar with being completely overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed out, and a little on the chunky side. With time, healing, and training in nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, I learned and adopted new techniques that reformed both my mind and my body and am now grateful and honored to be helping others achieve the same.
I've always loved helping others and being a sounding board for friends who needed advice and help. I've also been interested in nutrition and wellness and practicing yoga since I was 4. I had debated Yoga Teacher Training for years, and when I finally enrolled, the elements of a new career started to fall into place. I realized I could utilize my wellness credetials, personal health & weight loss journey, and love of teaching and working with others to build a practice that serves and helps people improve their health, happiness, and live their best life. The experience of working with clients has solidified that this is my true calling and I'm excited for the opportunity to help people find health and happiness.

It's a casual conversation about YOU, your current health woes, and your wellness goals, in a safe, welcoming, and private setting. What do you need and where do you want to go? Then we map out your customized journey to get to your desired goals, focusing on mindset, movement, meals and me time.
Give it at least 3 times before you decide it's not for you. There are many formats available and you will resonate more with different teachers and methods than others. It's worth spending a little time to find a practice and/or teachers you connect with. The results can enhance wellness activities you already engage in and even possibly have life-changing results ranging from increased happiness, to lower blood pressure, to better sleep, and also weight loss, strength, and flexibility.
