About me
"Welcome to a transformative journey of holistic healing and self-discovery. I'm Andrea, a licensed acupuncturist, certified yoga instructor, Ayurvedic medicine practitioner, and health coach. With a passion for empowering others, I have guided thousands of patients on their path to reclaiming their health, emotional freedom, and personal power.
My holistic approach combines the wisdom of Eastern Medicine, Acupuncture, Nutrition, and Energy Psychology to create a comprehensive healing experience that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that by learning to love and value ourselves, we naturally align with lifestyle choices that promote overall wellness and unleash our fullest potential.
My journey into holistic wellness began unexpectedly at the age of 15 when I made a bold decision to intern with an acupuncturist. This choice, which initially surprised my computer engineer parents, became the cornerstone of my life. As I delved deeper into the world of health, healing, happiness, and human possibility, my passion for sharing this knowledge and benefiting others grew exponentially.
Life has presented me with a myriad of experiences, from pain and struggle to joy and love. Through these lessons, I have accumulated wisdom, undergone profound healing, unlearned limiting beliefs, and rediscovered innate truths.
