This is my go-to place for acupuncture, cupping, and/or anti-aging facial acupuncture. Located within Pike Place, the place is not within the busy people area and access is easy from the street. I see both Maria and Angela who provide the utmost care for my concerns. Maria provides general acupuncture for ailments (most insurance is accepted) and also facial acupuncture for which I've seen anti-aging results. Angela provides general acupuncture for problem areas and also cupping for my sore areas. They are both great listeners and attentive to my needs. Maria has wow'ed me with her wisdom and advice for my needs. I'm thankful to be under the care of both and have been able to balance my wellness with their help. I also have had access to Chinese herbs I need for my care. Thank you Maria and Angela!
Remember your wedding day? The one where you were the center of the universe and despite the melted cake and forgotten vows you marched on with full optimism ahead? Didn't have a wedding day? Walking into Ageless Acupuncture is as close as you can get without the florists bill. Truthfully, I've been dragging my feet at getting help. I haven't had much luck with conventional medicine. But desparate times... Nervously, I marched into my appointment, and there she was! With calm and sophisticated energy, Maria made time disappear. There was no rushing and no panic, just lots of detailed answers and questions. I never felt a single needle, and walked out feeling like I was a new person.

About me

We all have a story as to how we got to where we are today. When I look back and see the seeds planted as a little girl gardening with my grandma in her yard, or helping my mom take care of my brother who lived with Cerebral Palsy, to living in East Asia and experiencing healing through yoga and herbs - I see how it is all connected; not one thing or decision brought me here but collectively fueled my passion for plants, healing through natural modalities and helping people. My most recent study has been in Traditional Chinese Medicine with acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine, but before that I studied Western herbs and in recent years have been heavily immersed in plant spirit communication and energetics, which I weave into my work now.

My philosophy is about simplicity, and my hope in working with you is to get you to a place where preventative medicine is possible, which to me means taking care of yourself through daily routines of eating well, exercise & taking herbs so that you can have less frequent illness and more balance day-to-day through balance of mind, body & spirit. I have found the best way to get there is through making small, simple changes to get you to a place of health and well-being.

I studied Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine (now Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine) and received a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. My studies included Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, various bodywork methods (Tuina, Shiatsu, cupping, gua sha), nutritional therapy and Chinese translation. I have also studied Western herbalism with various teachers over the last 8 years and continue to do so. I worked at Rainbow Natural Remedies in Seattle for 6 years and now work at Sugarpill apothecary.

I specialize in pain management (acute and chronic), grief, loss, trauma, mental health concerns (stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD), digestive and LGBTQIA+ health, but I see all as I am a general practitioner.
