About me

I love to serve older adults who find themselves with discomfort, whether in their body or mind and would like a conservative treatment approach before opting to see a shrink, a surgeon, or a pill prescriber. Sometimes all we need as humans is some liberally applied TLC.
Every session is designed to honor you and your body so that it has what it needs to right itself.
My aim is to be an integral part of your regular health regimen and work with you to create a steady state of comfort and physical and mental wellbeing.
