Is your food making you sick? I work with people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, autism, FPIES and other inflammatory conditions related to food sensitivities, as well as those struggling to manage their weight. Food sensitivity testing allows me to identify an individual's trigger foods and/or chemicals and develop a personalized eating plan based on their results. Through this approach I'm able to help clients reduce or eliminate symptoms such as diarrhea, chronic fatigue, headaches, joint/muscle pain, acid reflux and more.
For weight management, I use a non-diet approach to help clients make small, gradual lifestyle changes aimed at long-term success. My practice is non-judgmental, compassionate, and focuses on addressing each individual client's nutritional concerns.
