Are you tired of feeling unwell and looking for a more holistic approach to your health? I understand. As a former medical student, I quickly realized that Western medicine wasn't the right path for me. Instead, I discovered the power of herbalism and the holistic view that the body is a whole being that may need support to prevent illness and achieve optimal health.

Inspired by this revelation, I moved to Austin, TX, to study at the highly recommended Academy of Oriental Medicine, where I became an acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Since then, I've expanded my expertise to include bodywork, counseling with nutrition/supplements, and in-depth training using Earseeds.

I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their highest level of health. I believe that when we feel great, we can live our lives to the fullest. Every person has the potential to feel better than they do currently, and my goal is to guide you along that path using a personalized combination of acupuncture, bodywork, herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, and supplement recommendations.
