About me

Hi everyone! I'm a licensed massage therapist in California with 8 years of experience. I like to treat people with injuries and trauma using bodywork that approaches the person holistically. Five years ago I started learning about Craniosacral therapy, Process Acupressure and Zero Balancing and trying a variety of other modalities for my own healing and evolution as a person. I'm passionate about specializing as a Craniosacral practitioner and helping people connect what's happening in their bodies with what is happening in their hearts and minds.

To me Zero Balancing is a NECESSARY skill and understanding for anyone doing healthcare - especially any form of massage or bodywork. When we do healthcare, by definition, we need to care for the WHOLE person. We do this best by working knowledgeably and simultaneously with the person's structure and the energy (aka neuro-endocrine system, if you prefer). And Zero Balancing teaches one precise how to do that with particular focus on the musculo-skeletal system. I teach it, I practice it, and I learn from it every single day. -- David Lauterstein, The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School.
