Being a health coach AND therapist, I work with clients to make lifestyle changes within both the mind and body to increase energy, develop balance, organize their lives, and achieve their goals. Having an artistic background, I utilize a creative and organized approach in my work with clients. My programs are strengths-based, goal-oriented, and supportive. Clients can expect a tangible action plan with achievable goals and resources such as articles, books, recipes, and regular accountability check-ins. My favorite clients are the ones who commit to making lifelong change with me!
I ALWAYS wanted to be a therapist. I always wanted to help others heal, find ways to express thoughts and emotions, and strengthen relationships with themselves and others. Then I became a therapist and craved additional training in nutrition, health, and wellness to be able to work with clients from a holistic, mind and body framework. Now I'm a therapist and health coach and am doing just that!
