About me

About meHi! I'm Ashley. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Functional Medicine. I went from a struggling burnt out nurse to a thriving functional medicine practitioner so that I could create a platform for people with anxiety and chronic pain to be more present in their lives. I am so passionate about this topic because I have personally experienced this and succeeded in getting my life back. I will help you go from a life of overwhelm to a life of connection and fulfillment through self care and identifying the ROOT cause of you symptoms.

My Philosophy of CareI believe in identifying the root cause of your symptoms so that you can achieve a life long journey of health. I believe that knowledge is POWER. When you work with me I will help to guide you to your root causes and identify ways to overcome these, not just bandage your symptoms with a pill or supplement.
