About me
Together we utilize a specialized method to release stored trauma and move stuck energy within your body.
My goal is to bring healing and support a strong, healthy nervous system - ultimately leading to less pain and increased alignment physically, mentally & spiritually.
Energetic fascia release involves a gradual process of removing the tension and tightness that have built up due to accidents, traumas, and abuse.
Using my hands, energy, and intuition, I connect with trauma (big or small) and stagnant energy and then gently release it.
