Ashley leads mindfulness meditation courses for stress and anxiety, and group health coaching classes for Atrius Health, MGH, MIT and Tufts University.
On an individual basis, Ashley works with clients across the U.S. who want to improve their physical and emotional well-being. Client goals include effective stress management, weight loss, an increased level of physical fitness, improved eating habits and better overall health. By creating a supportive structure, accountability and giving expert advice she helps people bridge the gap between what they know they should be doing and doing it consistently.
My journey has included overcoming depression, sports injuries and food allergies. I am eternally grateful to, and inspired by the teachers, health professionals and therapists who have changed my life. It brings me great joy to combine the ancient practices of yoga and meditation with modern coaching psychology - and to share this path to health and well being with others.
