My chiropractic techniques include a combination of diversified and activator, in addition to myofascial release and trigger point therapy for soft tissue treatment. I have received training in various rehabilitation procedures, holistic and herbal healthcare, and nutritional science. Though I played rugby in college, I now enjoy regular gym workouts. In 2011, I dropped seventy pounds, the inspiration for my blog, Running From the Fat Man which my staff helps me write and post to social media.
