I am a Holistic Health & Mindset Coach. I have been suffering from anxiety since childhood and were prescribed treatments that were not helping me. I researched and studied for years to learn that through nutrition, a healthy mindset (the way you speak to yourself is affecting your mental state and your emotions) and healthy lifestyle habits you can create miracles and take your power back.
I decided to start a new career and help people suffering from anxiety, low self-esteem, mood swing. Whether they want to lose weight, reduce inflammation, gain more energy or feel happier, through my holistic coaching practice, they learn what's the best food to eat for their own body types. They develop a healthier mindset and healthier habits resulting in positive behavior change, more self-confidence, and higher self-esteem.
