I’ve been helping people get out of pain all my life. I would often find the outcast or the lonely person to sit with lunch in elementary school. I’ve changed a bit overtime and started helping people out of physical pain in 2018 when I started training in yoga therapy. Since then I’ve worked with chiropractors, and osteopathic surgeons to get their clients out of pain.
I currently help my clients with a range of issues from mental health to post operative recovery. My toolkit is awareness. Yeah, I rolled my eyes and sighed too when I met my teacher. It sounds stupid. The fact is it worked. So if you’re interested in getting out of pain I would love to help you on your journey
The yoga industry promises a lot and fails to deliver most of the time. I was tired of not getting the results that I was promised. I finally found a teacher who taught me how to listen to the signals in my body and my life changed. My pain went away and I was able to create the life I want. I teach people how to listen to their bodies in the same way.

You have to be willing to change. You also need to understand that pain in the body can be dealt with by simply improving function.
