I have always wanted to be a life coach and now I get to live my dream. I am a firm believer in successful change starts with accountability and support. I have done some great things in my life and I know it would have been more challenging without accountability. One dream I did was ride my bike across Alaska and without support and accountability, I would have never been successful. I am that accountability partner through changing habits.
I am interesting in helping people make small changes through incorporating healthy habits which can make a huge impact on someone's happiness and well-being. I do this through accountability and support using a simple 5-step process. I know making one small change can be worth it.
My philosophy is always one of coming from a place of honoring each other as human beings on a spiritual journey. We all have our ways of being and to accept people for where they are. We are all on the learning curve and I am humbled by watching people step out of their box and realize changes that normally would be hard on their own.
I offer a complimentary coaching session to explore what it is that an individual wants help with. It is a discovery session to see if we are a fit. I am a firm believer in that you have to feel totally save and comfortable with the person you are working with and not all people feel connected to others. I am always open to talking to people about what it is they want to explore in their lives.
I know working on being healthy and happy takes a certain amount of effort. I let myself go for many years and now I'm paying the price. I was in a lot of pain from lack of exercise and not taking care of myself nutritionally. Now I'm on a schedule that helps me feel better and stronger.
I am a firm believer in always improving yourself through small changes and it can lead to a healthier, happier life. I am a living example.
