My name is Beth Antell and I have been in the fitness industry for over 20years. I began my career part-time as a group fitness instructor but after 7 years in the corporate world decided to follow my passion. I received my Masters in Health Promotion and became a certified personal trainer. I continue to further my education and stay current on the latest research and exercise "trends."
My focus is on providing a safe, efficient and fun workout for my clients. I listen to the client, learn about them, their goals and interests to create an appropriately challenging workout program. I hope to help clients improve the way they function and move, whether in health, fitness or performance as well as how they look and feel.
Working at a physical therapy clinic has provided me knowledge and insight into rehab and am comfortable training various conditions. My clients range from 80+yr. old with parkinsons, to new moms to the individual just trying to move and keep life in balance.
