About meAfter hearing about Heart Math and how it can help individuals on the path to better health, I did my research. I purchased an emWave and a few books from Heart Math. After experiencing the benefits and after many ah-ha moments, I realized that real health is so much more than diet and exercise. I knew this was going to be a big part in my ability to help others reach optimal health.

Having already been certified as a health coach and educator, getting a Heart Math Mentor Certification enables me to service others at a much higher level. I’ve come to realize that the world is moving at a much faster pace and people are more stressed than ever before. Unfortunately, stress has become the norm and people are accustomed to it without realizing it. Personally, once I learned and used the Heart Math techniques and tools, I readily moved into a sustainable state of ease. Work and life in general are more manageable and less stressful. Sharing what I have learned and experienced makes the future an inviting and exciting enterprise.
