Dana is certified in nutrition counseling, yoga and personal training. As the first Body Wisdom coach, Dana had great success in co-leading groups with Dr. Donna. She had since branched out leading her own groups and individual clients who have achieved exceptional results. She is also the co-developer of the online Body Wisdom Breakthru program. She is a lifelong learner and has also benefited from Ayurveda courses provided by the Deepak Chopra center. In her 20-year corporate career, she has been recognized as a distinguished individual for her exceptional customer service and professional integrity.
For most of her life, Dana searched for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a traveling corporate executive for over 20 years, she suffered from stress, anxiety and yo-yo dieting which had a tremendous impact on her physical and mental health.
Dana found the Body Wisdom lifestyle program and learned that creating healthy habits and eating balanced meals was the answer to managing her anxiety and keeping the weight off. Dana lost 30 pounds with the program and has kept if off while finding her home now as a graduate of the program. The Body Wisdom Lifestyle program unlike other restrictive approaches, is healthy, safe and encourages a balanced array of healthy foods such as fruits and bread. These are often prohibited in other programs!
As a healthcare executive coaching other business owners, Dana decided to create a new self-care life path for herself. She decided to combine her love of yoga and dance with her passion for nutrition and create a new career path providing weight loss and nutrition counseling to others.
Dana has helped countless others lead a healthier and more fulfilled lifestyle combined with long lasting weight loss. She continues to be on a physical, emotional and spiritual journey to transform herself as well as share her knowledge and wisdom with others.

Dr. Donna created the Body Wisdom Lifestyle program using her knowledge and leveraging her experience as a 30-year veteran psychologist and a former Corporate Wellness Director and health coach.
Dr. Donna shifted her eating habits, but more importantly, shifted her mindset. She embraced a more active and conscious lifestyle that included healthy cooking, yoga, belly dancing, mindfulness and more time in nature. These practices fit seamlessly into her day, allowing her to fully and effortlessly transition into a healthier lifestyle.
By making these lasting lifestyle changes, she lost 70 lbs and began to see improvements in energy, sleeping habits, balance, flexibility, vitality and especially confidence! Her goal has always been to feel better by achieving a healthy weight - not to be “model thin”. Dr. Donna is happily married and has maintained her curvy size 6 figure for 13 years. This program is not a diet, but a lifestyle that produces transformations that last.
After she realized her own success, she knew she needed to share her transformation with others who like her—are struggling to get off the roller-coaster of weight loss and weight gain. With that excess weight, many also experience ongoing ankle, knee and foot injuries. She consulted with other medical and nutritional professionals, incorporated several ancient global traditions, and centered her focus around lifestyle and longevity to develop her own unique approach and the Body Wisdom Lifestyle program was born and continues to evolve. She has guided 2,000+ people locally and globally to live healthier and happier lives and has successfully helped those clients lose over 6,000 lbs.
She is passionate about guiding her clients to become healthier, more balanced and confident – empowered to live a more mindful lifestyle.
