The specific challenges that I experienced in my life are common, but it was a deeper suffering I felt that drove me to expand my heart and seek with passion. Which may be the same energy and seeking that brings you to this website today.
As I became a prolific subscriber to the digital books revolution, a particular book called "Love yourself like your life depends on it" had a profound impact on me. I began that practice, the love myself practice and it opened my eye's to go even deeper into my understandings of the mind. Which led me to Vipassana.
