I highly recommend the BreatheIn2IT courses for a better quality of life. I had been searching for coping tools to deal with long term stress in my life. What I found in these courses was life changing. The daily support to put the strategies and techniques in practice helped hold me accountable to do the work I needed. Backed by proven science, Aimee and Brienne teach, share and lead in a most supportive and caring way. I loved that I could access their sessions on Zoom while living across the country. I’ve learned how to keep stressors in check, connect with nature and be in better control of happiness and well-being in my life. This work is something everyone can benefit from in their lives.
I think we were all in a really, really tough place and taking this class and taking care of myself through all of it really made it easier and there will be trails as we go but it made me feel stronger. To have the tools and resources when you are going through a change that makes you feel helpless, having something that makes you feel stronger has made a life changing difference and I really appreciate it. About me

AIMEE LAMENDOLA
Aimee is a Certified Benson Henry Institute of Mass General Hospital "Positivity, Resilience and Relaxation Program" (PART) Instructor, a HeartMath Certified Coach/Mentor, and an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor with over 2500 hours of teaching.  Aimee is dedicated to teaching evidence-based MindBody practices and continues to explore the space where science meets the wellness discipline. 

Aimee works with Zoom classes, individuals, retreat groups, professional groups, hospital staff, school students, athletes, and pediatric and adult oncology patients. She uses the various disciplines, alone or in combination, tailored to the group, to provide the greatest benefits to her clients. 

BRIENNE SEMBRAT
Brienne has worked in leadership, management, event coordination and administration for 25 years. Brienne is also a Mindful Outdoor Guide and Wilderness First Responder. A student of mindfulness and lover of all things hiking and nature, she is a proponent and educator in the extreme health benefits of nature connection for well-being and the current depleting culture of "nature deficit disorder." 

Adding nature experiences to the wellness mix is another powerful stress reduction tool in our students' wellness kits.

My Philosophy of Care

The great upswell in both the need for tools to manage modern stress AND the research to back the techniques has been a tremendous motivator to spread our education and expertise to others. We have seen the enormous impact that the three ways of healing have had on ourselves and then our clients. Connection to self, self-care, learning how to use the body's own innate abilities to relax, focus, connect, live with genuine purpose and find our way back to ourselves. This is our calling,

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Our clients participate in small group live Zoom educational and dynamic courses. They join as individuals, families, or community/business groups. Having either a live instructor privately or with a community of supportive and like-minded individuals to learn with has had a HUGE impact on the transformational ability of the concepts.

My Inspiration

Our own journey with the techniques and overcoming our own stress obstacles has given great inspiration to sharing those techniques and supporting the journey to wellness for others.

It was life-changing and I will continue! Now I just need the rest of my family to do it;).
Highly recommend these courses. Simple practical mindful tools to help bring balance and improve coping skills. They bring knowledge and warm encouragement to all the courses.
I took the PART course to support me in recovering from 2 major surgeries. It helped me to identify chronic stressors in my life and provided me with a number of valuable tools and resources to eliminate those stressors and/or manage them effectively without negatively impacting my physical and mental health. If I had these tools earlier in my life I likely would not have ended up in the hospital. I highly recommend the course.
PART class was wonderful for me as a newbie to daily meditation. Appreciate all the work Aimee & Brienne have put into this program. It was a great experience 😊
I’m a woman, full of advice I love giving, but rarely follow. A favorite tidbit I like to spread around, especially to my daughters, is this… ”How do you expect to be any good at taking care of or helping others if you don’t take care of yourself?” Well, I recently realized I needed to take my own advice on this one and act on it. I am so grateful to have taken this course! Each day, through continued practice and using the tools I was given, I feel my perception and attitude changing in the areas I was struggling with.
