I have been practicing holistic techniques, and cutting-edge holistic health, for over 30 years. I practice what I preach in that I lead a balanced, calm, and well-rounded life. I have been married to a holistic, alternative chiropractor for 28 years, and have received the benefit of learning in that arena. I enjoy exercising, traveling to the mountains, and spending time with my family, including a dog and a cat. I do a lot of cooking and meal prep, as that is the only way to really know what you are eating! Clean living is the best!
I employ several techniques in serving my clients, which I personally evaluate on each visit. In this way, I customize the modalities that I use with each client in order to achieve optimal results for their pain, anxiety, relationship struggles, or financial issues. Clients come to me with various issues such as digestion, sleep, or even skin rashes. The work I do addresses all of those issues. I find subconscious emotional components that are blocking you from being able to move forward.
I have a free consultation to give more information about how this process works, as my process is unique. I work on Zoom, Facetime, the phone, or in person. Clients can expect to feel lighter, calmer, and more focused on the first visit. Often, if there is some sort of negative physical or emotional feeling that they want to release, many times it is just gone even after the first session.
By experiencing this type of work, I have completely turned my health around! I grew up with many health issues, which prevented me from having a lot of joy and energy. I started studying alternative ways of healing and eating a whole foods diet over 30 years ago, which transformed my health. And to have succinct ways to release emotional baggage for good - that's the icing on the cake! Emotions are at the root of most imbalances.
