Hi, My name is Brianna. I am a dedicated clinical nutritionist with a passion for helping change lives for the better.
I have obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Heath, and completing more than 2,000 clinical hours working alongside highly esteemed D.C.N.'s Dr. Oscar Coetzee and Dr. Dana Filatova.
I believe in treating the whole person through a personalized wellness plan, including lifestyle factors and behavior modifications to reach optimal health. I am dedicated to getting to the root cause of underlying system imbalances through a thorough health intake and functional testing when warranted.
Areas of specialty include digestive dysfunction, fatigue, weight loss inhibition, chronic conditions, dyslipidemia, inflammation, pain, blood sugar regulation, food intolerance, and autoimmune conditions. She is also passionate about utilizing nutrigenomic technology to optimize health and prevent disease, allowing others to take their health to the next level.
I have also completed thorough nutraceutical training and conduct health risk assessments at a medically certified health club.
Growing up with two older brothers with a genetic health condition, cystic fibrosis, I learned from a young age the amazing healing power of whole foods. What started as a shortened life expectancy (just 18 years old at the time) resulted in two healthy adults who thrive on whole foods and supplements instead of medication.
Comfortable, thorough, helpful, and "less frightening than they anticipated."
Seeking health advice can be scary. I use a patient-centered approach to make sure to provide a comfortable space where you are involved in the decision-making process for your individual health goals.
