Yoga is for everyone. I work one on one virtually or in person. I personalize classes to meet the individual needs and preferences. I work with all ages and fitness levels and can modify the poses for those with physically disabilities.

I’m so passionate about using breathwork and meditation to bring the body and mind into balance, reduce stress, move past trauma and manifest peace. My style is rooted in yoga teachings, functional medicine techniques and Heart Math training.
