Engaging the Spirit
Reverend Brooke Winkler, MSSA, ACHT, RYT-200
Professionally, I started my journey as a therapist, but always sensed there was more of a connection between the psychological and spiritual. So I immersed myself in the study of the mind, body, and spirit, and how to bridge them together. I am a graduate of The University of Akron, Case Western Reserve University, and Fellowships of the Spirit School of Healing and Prophecy. I retired from doing therapy in December of 2019, after 20 years, to follow my heart and open my business working with people holistically, mind, body, and spirit. I am also an Advanced Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Laugh-A-Yoga Coach, MARI practitioner, Artist, and Belly Dancer.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional has been my own journey to figure myself out. Starting with an Irritable Bowel Syndrome diagnosis, to later being told it was a gluten intolerance, to doing hypnotherapy work and discovering I was holding secondary trauma in my digestive track, and releasing it. All the things I was learning were fascinating to me, and I wanted to continue learning as much as I could in order to help others on their healing journey.
