In her private practice, Cameron practices Holistic Psychotherapy, which is a wellness model to address an individual as a whole person. She emphasizes positive psychology, awareness, and creativity. In addition to her doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, Cameron is trained in Yin and Hatha yoga, and is a board-certified art therapist. She offers her clients many tools such as: meditation, yoga, breathing techniques, and creativity.
Cameron’s professional experience includes having worked as an art therapist for the Hospice of the Western Reserve, and having served as Adjunct Faculty at Atlantic University and at Cuyahoga Community College. She has created and presented a variety of workshops for the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, 3Sisters Yoga Studio in Avon, and many others. She is also an artist, having had her work exhibited in several local venues. She finds empowerment in creative expression, and believes that while we are always creating our lives, we need to create them consciously.
She holds a PhD in Psychology from Sophia University, an MA in Art Therapy Counseling from Ursuline College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Ursuline College which included significant coursework from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
