My name is Cara Rose and I am a Mixed-Race woman who used the power of Self-Care to heal and completely transform myself and my life, from the inside-out. I’m a Certified Self-Care Coach, Emotional Intelligence Coach, Hypnotherapist, Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. I am passionate about self-love, self-care, self-acceptance, healing, transformation, self-development and growth.
