Through my work as a Subconscious Facilitator, I help you tap into your subconscious, bringing awareness to important information for healing. This process can help you identify and overcome subconscious programs, patterns, habits, and behaviors that may be holding you back from living your best life.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Human Services, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, and Akashic Record Consulting, I offer a holistic approach tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're struggling with chronic pain, recovering from a head injury, or seeking greater clarity, I'm here to support you on your journey.

Sessions can be conducted hands-on at my office or from the comfort of your own home via phone or Zoom. Clients have described their experiences as ""essential, powerful, loving, and necessary,"" often leading to deep healing, self-realization, and life-changing epiphanies.
