About me
I have been using and teaching relaxation techniques and hypnotherapy for 31 years as a martial artist, and medical practioner. I have been a respiratory therapist and coach for twenty five years. I formaly began my practice as a hypnotherapist in two thousand six, and I began teaching people how to quit using tobacco and nicotine, and to lose weight. I have worked for the state of Idaho for tobacco education for seventeen years as well. I now help people with pain control, anxiety, and weight loss. I am a success coach, both personal and business, and a business owner.
