I'm Carrie, a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Transformational Breathwork Facilitator passionate about helping clients worldwide move into a life of meaning and purpose after experiencing trauma, relational abuse, or neglect. Since 2019, I've been dedicated to supporting those affected by emotional abuse, betrayal trauma, and the impact of relationships with individuals struggling with mental health or addiction issues.
Drawing from Dr. Omar Minwalla's research and trauma models, I understand the traumatic and abusive nature of infidelity patterns on partners.
