About me
About me
Charles is a yoga teacher trained in the Shaivism Hatha style. He has been practicing yoga for over a decade and attended his 200hr teacher training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and advanced 300 hours with SchoolYoga Institute in Peru. He is registered with the Yoga Alliance and is also a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui transformational discipline. Charles spends significant time healing energies with a shamanic influence, and provides meditation coaching workshops and transformational retreats internationally.
