About me
About me
My major focus is on optimal gut health. When our intestinal cells aren't healthy, the imbalance opens the door to many common issues such as sugar cravings, skin issues, malabsorption of nutrients, hormonal problems, stress, migraines, exhaustion, and auto-immune disease. If you are feeding this bad bacteria with the wrong foods and not eating in a more relaxed state, inflammation takes over, elevates these issues, and opens the door to more disease.
It is built into our DNA to heal. Our immune and brain health starts in the gut.
