Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Chris learned the value of hard work from his construction-oriented family. He excelled academically, graduating at the top of his class from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, before moving to the Bay Area to pursue a successful career in finance.
Despite his professional achievements, Chris felt a deep sense of emptiness.
