About me
About me
I am Canadian, born and bred in Montreal, but I have called Calgary home for over twenty-five years. I fought my own battle with anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation my entire life, at least since before I was ten. It came to a head in 2012, and I knew it was my last chance to live through it. I'm not being dramatic. So, I did everything I could. I went to counselling, I went to church, I read all of the books, and I did quite well, but I never got below the threshold for depression.
