I am a former nurse on a mission of inspiring healthy living and have been for 4 decades .My passion for helping people has always been a holistic approach. It started in nursing and evolved through massage therapy into Pilates for the past 20 years. Six years ago I added nutritional coaching and support to my practice.
These days it is even more important to learn ways to be proactive in maintaining good health and fitness. Movement through Pilates has many benefits for people of all ages and abilities. Staying vital and flexible as we age is important to our happiness, is it not? And so is fueling our bodies correctly. I love teaching and helping people gain knowledge and awareness of their bodies and what they are putting into them. Many acute and chronic ailments can be helped with strengthening the core and learning more functional movement but we also need to know what foods we should be avoiding and which foods we need more of in order to decrease systemic inflammation.
Working with my clients is a great privilege and gift for me. They all teach me so much about living with kindness and love.
