My name is Christine Semple and I’m a Wellness coach. I have a very holistic approach with each client to create better wellness through mindset, self-awareness and lifestyle changes. I have 2 main focuses in my practice. Life coaching helps people work through the overwhelm and 'stuckness' that we sometimes find ourselves in for a multitude of reasons. The end goal is unique to each client.
