About me
About me Over the past 21 years I have studied many modalities to understand healing and strive to be the best for you and your unique needs. My approach is different, but very effective. I work deeply in some areas and not as deep in others. I get the best results with the use of CranioSacral Therapy techniques (fascia around the bones and deep connective tissue that connects the spine to the brain), Visceral Manipulation (gentle work with the fascia around the organs) and/ or Myofascial Release (fascia around the muscles) with trigger point work. Your body knows what you need, even when you don't. I have the ability to read those subtle cues. I am excited to meet you and start great work together!
