I am a healer, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and hold many other roles in this lifetime. As a healer, it fills me up to help others feel better in their whole bodies. I help them find the stories being held in their tissues - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and/or ancestral traumas. And then we release anything that is no longer serving them.
I'm a licensed massage therapist with a background in retail management and non-profit work - both a volunteer and staff. I am also highly sensitive and an empath. My life experience has helped me to hone my intuitive healing skills - as a bodyworker, psychic, and energy healer. My unique skills sets me apart from other LMTs, because I'm able to listen to a person's body on a deep holistic level and then assist the person to see what's needed to shift. And the magic happens from there...
I offer 90-minute distance healing sessions ($175) or 2-hour in-person, hands-on sessions ($250). Soon I'll also be offering 90-minute remote group healing sessions ($60). The power of doing healing work with a group is incredible and can intensify the results.
I'd love to talk about what you may be looking for in your healing journey and how a session together can take you to the next level!
After graduating with a BA in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, I spent many years working as a manager in the service industry. During that time, I had explored the idea of attending massage school, and it took about 8 years to actually make it there. My dad sustained a life threatening brain injury in early 2007, and it was a wake up call for me to look at what I really wanted to do with my life. I finally enrolled in massage school that fall, and I've been a healing professional ever since.
My clients typically have some major shifts during their first visit with me. They sit up from the session feeling more whole, lighter, and free. One client said she felt like she could face the chaos and anxiety of her life with greater ease after our session together. And at her next session, she said she was able to stay centered and ward off the usual anxiety for several weeks after that session.
This is not "just a massage." Although I use massage and craniosacral therapy techniques as a basis for the sessions, there is so much more that happens. If one is sensitive to touch, then I'll use techniques that use very light touch. If someone knows they like to be touched, such as back rubs, then we'll use techniques that work the muscles to release the tension and traumas being held in the body. All the while, I may talk them through visualizations of how energy may be running through their body or the messages that may be coming up to be released.
