As a Somatic Coach, Reiki Master, and Crystal Expert, I am dedicated to guiding others-especially Empty Nesters, to find their joy so you can live life to the fullest. I understand the challenges of feeling lost or uncertain about the future, and I'm here to support you on your journey.

During Reiki sessions, my goal is to help you feel relaxed, calm, and aligned in your body, while finding clarity and focus. During coaching sessions, I guide you to uncover your true desires and passions, creating a path to fulfillment, self-worth, confidence, and belief in yourself.
